GDR - EST Resources

GDR contains EST data from several projects in progress to develop extensive EST databases of Rosaceae family plants.

The annotation includes sequence assembly, putative function and GO terms, SSRs, ORFs and anchored position on the peach physical map. In addition to the EST data obtained from laboratories worldwide, GDR contains all the Genbank Rosaceae ESTs downloaded daily.
