Rosaceae sequences anchored to Rosaceae maps by sequence similarity to mapped peach ESTs

Publicly available non-peach Rosaceae sequences were run against mapped peach ESTs using our FASTA server.
The original spread sheet returned by the fasta server as well as an organized sheet with map position details for significant matches (PID > 95 and align-length >100 nt) is available below.
