GDR - CMap, the Comparative Map Viewer for Rosaceae

CMap

Welcome to GDR - CMap, the Comparative Map Viewer for Rosaceae. CMap allows you to view various types of maps (e.g., genetic, physical, or sequence- based) from different species and construct comparisons between them. (Seven apple maps and two cherry map data has been obtained from RoseDB by Anjela Baldo at USDA, ARS PGRU.)
