The gene ontology GOA Slim Terms
(www.geneontology.org/GO.slims.shtml)
were determined by finding the best Swiss-Prot match for each contig
using BLASTX with E<1e-9.
The Gene Ontology Annotation project from the European Bioinformatic Institute
(www.ebi.ac.uk/GOA)
provides an annotation file that we used to map go terms to the sequences
