Dr. Dorrie Main: Focusing on horticultural and other crop species, Dorrie and her lab collaborate with many other  researchers worldwide  to develop bioinformatic tools to further the field of fruit and plant systems biology. See Click here for more information about Dorrie.

Dr. Sook Jung: Sook is a Research Assistant Professor working on plant comparative genomics and development of database and online tools. Working remotely from Michigan,  she is the go to person for the Genome Database for Rosaceae (GDR). Click here for more information about Sook.

Ping Dr. Ping Zheng: Ping is a Postdoctoral Research  Associate working on cereal bioinformatics. Her research interests include sequence and pathway analysis and databases.  Click here for more information about Ping.
Taein Lee: Taein is an Associate in Research working on GenSAS: A Genome Sequence Annotation Server, and genome database development. Click here for more information about Taein.
Chun-Huai Cheng: Chun-Huai is an Associate in Research working on the CottonGen database and the Cool Season Food Legume database.  He also helps Stephen with database and systems adminstration for the lab.  Click here for more information about Chun-Huai.
Dr. Jing Yu: Jing is is a Postdoctoral Research Associate working on the CottonGen database. She is responsible for collecting and curating cotton genomics, genetics and breeding data and advising on interface development. She works remotely from Texas.
Dr. Jodi Humann: Jodi is a Postdoctoral Research Associate who acts as project coordinator for the Main Lab and also does some bacterial genome work on the side. Click here for more information about Jodi.
Sushan Ru: Sushan is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Horticulture and is working on the development of an online toolbox to facilitate Marker-Assisted Seedling (MAS) Selection.  Click here for more information about Sushan.
Yu Ma:   Yu is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Horticulture and is working on genomics, genetics and breeding of peas in collabration with Drs. Rebecca McGee and Clare Coyne from USDA-ARS, Pullman.
